TO THE RESIDENTS OF CAPE CORAL AND LEE COUNTY
July 15, 2017
SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO THE LOW INCOME AND UNDERPRIVILEGED STUDENTS HAS AGAIN BEEN DISCONTINUED FOR 2017
As a direct result of the recent dishonest, unethical, and Judicial Misconduct actions of certain Judges IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, John E. Duryea Jr., Jay B. Rosman, and Alane C. Laboda, the 30 scholarship grants allocated for our fall semester 2017 low income achieving students has been discontinued. We sincerely apologize for the hardships it has caused.
Although the original problems arose from an ex-felon, Michael Anagnos, who attempted to extort, blackmail, and defraud us, together with collusion and conspiracy of numerous City of Cape Coral personnel, the Judicial Misconduct of Judges Duryea, Rosman, and Laboda was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Although we will hold each and every party who contributed to our denials to perform our religious practices responsible in front of God and man, it gives little consolation to those students who are being denied the needed assistance to continue their education.
Respectfully,
Jerome Valenta, President
