TO ALL SUBSIDIZED RESIDENTS OF THE HAVEN OF DIVINE LOVE

It is with great regret that we inform you that our Resident Subsidy program has been discontinued effective November 1, 2015. As of November 1, 2015, we will no longer be able to subsidize portions of your rent. You will thereafter be required to pay the full rental of your respective unit. The legacy of my sister and founder of The Haven of Divine Love, Eleanor Nelsen, to provide low cost housing for low income senior citizens and persons with limited disabilities has been destroyed by evil forces beyond our control.

We have struggled for over 15 months as a result of the extortion, blackmail, attempts to defraud and various other criminal actions of a prior Resident along with his very unscrupulous attorney and a small group of parties who colluded, conspired, assisted, and aided and abetted his criminal actions. In April of 2014, and along with his attorney, threatened to "destroy us," close us down," "I am going to destroy him and the residents of the Divine Love, no matter what it takes," have been fulfilled. His attempt to defraud us by his statement, "I m going to fall down the stairs and sue this place for everything they got," and the conspiracy and collusion of City of Cape Coral personnel, was the start of the City's actions that "Condemned God's House," and caused everyone involved irreparable harm and their respective religious liberties.

Likewise, for 15 months we have been subjected to bias, prejudice, and discrimination by various Departments of the City of Cape Coral, and their respective personnel, who, in collusion with him, committed gross violations of our Civil and Religious Rights, causing us irreparable damages. The deliberate refusal and failure of the Cape Coral Police Department to protect us against such criminal actions played a detrimental affect against our entity, and the local media's failure to report the violations and activities was equally detrimental.

Lastly, the recent discriminatory actions of the Federal Court, in their "Default Judgment" against The Nelsen Residence Inc. was the straw that broke the camel's back. Said action was taken during a period of time when the officers were hampered by medical conditions, ironically, directly caused by both he and his Attorney.

We have attempted to allow you as much time as possible to make preparations and arrangements for these changes, and are deeply sorry for the pain and suffering it will cause.

Respectfully,

Jerome F. Valenta

President
